A large part of our business is to construct bespoke and unique new properties.  Working closely with architects we ensure the build achieves the highest construction standards incorporating modern energy saving concepts as required.

Central will undertake the management of the whole project starting with the foundations and finishing with the hand over. From smaller compact properties to the larger luxury end of the market, Central are happy to undertake any sized property.
