Central Design and Build are a Staffordshire based family run building company, specialising in sympathetic and cost effective extensions, new buildings and all manner of building tasks in between.

The business started some 20 years ago as a joinery company and has grown from there. All contracts are treated with the utmost care and attention and above all, are constructed to a very high standard maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. It is important to stress as well, that we are more than happy to suggest changes and improvements to any design to maximise the impact and enhance any specific features that you may wish to incorporate within the work.

As members of the Federation of Master Builders and a Master Bond Member we are accredited to provide the highest levels of service and backup for complete peace of mind you can be safe in the knowledge that you are using a company who have achieved and continue to achieve, one of the highest quality building accolades.

Central design will supply the complete package from initial consultation and design approval through ground works right up to completion and final handover. We are there throughout the work timescale to project manage, advice and ensure that the customer is well informed and satisfied at all times throughout the build.
